1. Introduction
Welcome to SeekFree Nest! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, located at www.seekfreenest.co.ke, and all related services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Owner/Agent Subscription Plans
SeekFree offers subscription plans for house owners and agents to list and manage properties on our platform. The following plans are available:
- Free Trial Plan: KES 0 for a duration of one (1) week.
- Weekly Plan: KES 300 for a duration of one (1) week.
- Two-Weeks Plan: KES 500 for a duration of two (2) weeks.
- One-Month Plan: KES 1200 for a duration of one (1) month.
All subscription plans allow for unlimited house uploads and management for the duration of the purchased plan. Payments are non-refundable.
4. Booking Viewing of the House
The house renters/house seekers are able to book for viewing of the house directly on the live map by specifying the exact day and time they want to view the houses and the owners will be notified immediately via email. They can also do this directly by calling the owners or agent.
There might be viewing errands fee which will be an agreement between the owner/agent and the house seeker on the ground either through call or when on the ground. If there is viewing errand fee, we advise that you don't do any transaction to the owner before you see the property
Note: No transaction on viewing errand fee is done through seekfree Nest Platform. Our goal is to just connect owners/agents and house seekers in a easy way
4. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and listing properties.
- Not upload any false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the SeekFree Nest platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SeekFree Nest or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SeekFree Nest does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of any property listings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeekFree Nest and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
